How to Use
Pour the fragrance oil into the vase and place the reed sticks inside. Allow the intoxicating scent of kai to gently release into the air over time. Flip the reeds periodically to refresh the fragrance.

Panties are eligible for return if unworn, unused, and their original tags are attached. Approved online returns are refunded for the purchase price, minus the $8.00 return-shipping fee. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the return shipping label cost of $8.00 within 3 days of receipt of the return.

The standard online return-request window is 14 days from delivery. The in-store refund and store-credit windows apply only to purchases made at our physical boutique.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are a final sale.
