Shipping policy

You and your satisfaction is our greatest priority. We will make every effort to ship your package the same day if ordered Tuesday–Saturday. Orders placed Sunday–Monday will ship Tuesday.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PDT Tuesday–Saturday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will begin processing the next business day.

Priority Mail Express delivery times are subject to USPS scheduling and may take 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may be delayed during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier disruptions outside our control.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Romantiques is not responsible for delays or losses. Please contact us immediately if your package appears lost and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Romantiques is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
