- Online Returns accepted: 7 days for refund, 14 days for Store Gift Card (Purchases made at our boutique may be returned for a refund within 3 days of purchase or 10 days for a Store Gift Card. Holiday gifts must be received by Jan. 5, 2026)

- Sale Items are not refundable
Refunds/Store Credit
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ship the item back within 10 days of receiving the it to be eligible for a REFUND. For returns past 10 days, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be returned no later than 14 days after receipt to receive A STORE GIFT CARD. *Gift returns, please see below.

Refunds (if applicable) or Store Gift Card
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the return shipping label cost of $8.00 within 3 days of receipt of the return.
If you exceed the 7 day window for a refund, then you will be issued a STORE GIFT CARD that can be used online or in our store. If you exceed the 14 day window for store credit, the return will not be accepted.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded and are a final sale.

Gifts and Holiday Gifts
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a GIFT CARD for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be issued. Please use this link https://shopromantiques.com/a/service? or email susan@shopromantiques for assistance.
Holiday Gifts are accepted for EXCHANGE OR STORE GIFT CARD and have an extended period of time for returns. All exchanges must be made by January 5th, 2026 in order to be eligible. Thank you for your timely returns!

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
International Orders — United Kingdom
We are pleased to offer shipping to the United Kingdom. All duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout — there are no surprise fees or additional charges upon delivery.
Returns International returns are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs, including any carrier fees, are to be arranged and paid by the customer.
Please note the following conditions for all UK returns:
- All items must be returned within 20 days of receipt
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Underwear and hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable — only the product price will be credited upon approval of your return
- Items returned outside the 20-day window or not in original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender

Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
