About the charms

Each Shá Parlé charm is handcrafted from porcelain and finished with 22k gold luster applied by hand to frame the porcelain edges. The metal wire anchored into each charm is a specialized high-temperature firing wire required to withstand the kiln process — a small portion of visible wire is normal and not a defect. This is the nature of handcrafted porcelain jewelry, and part of what makes each piece unique.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the it to be eligible for a REFUND. Refunds (if applicable) or Store Gift Card

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus the return shipping label cost of $8.00 within 3 days of receipt of the return.

If you exceed the 7 day window for a refund, then you will be issued a STORE GIFT CARD that can be used online or in our store.
